Workers Retreat 2016

Every year TETMI Missionaries gather together for a retreat. It is usually a time to xray everyone’s work within the year, see where mistakes were made and corrections effected. The missionaries with their wives are challenged through some talks and seminars and workshops in relation to their work and their families. Many Professionals from different areas of life who are mission minded and Christians are used by God to equip these missionaries and make them ready for the next year ministry activities.

Last year, December 2016, the missionaries gathered at BCCC Atta in Ikeduru, Imo State for 5 days retreat. There issues ranging from their work and family where highlight in the seminars and workshops that was carried out.

Amongst the topics were, The Practical approach to Discipleship, Managing conflicts, raising funds for ministry etc and some of the speakers include, Prof. Bon Okoro, Elder Dan Lewechi, Rev. J.C. Udogu, Surv. N.C. Mba, Rev. Dr&Mrs David Umune, Mr. Uche Umune and Ven. Obioma Okere. The program was put together under the office of the Administrative secretary of TETMI, Evang. Iheanyi Nkire.

The participant who were so much blessed and challenged by the programme, expressed readiness to move into the 2017 ministry year with great grace and zeal to do God’s work.
